How To Get The Unknown Flavour Quest In Disney Dreamlight Valley
You can get The Unknown Flavour quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley by reaching Friendship Level 10 with Remy and making sure you don’t have any of his Friendship quests pending. When these two criteria get satisfied, The Unknown Flavour quest will automatically trigger and get added to your quest journal.
Disney Dreamlight Valley The Unknown Flavour Quest Guide
At the beginning of The Unknown Flavor quest, you will learn that Remy is trying to recreate the recipe for a magical dessert, but he is lost in thoughts and need your and others’ help. The first task you get in the quest is to “Ask Merlin for help.”
Open your map and locate Merlin. Once you find and talk to Merlin, you will get the next objective, “Find Merlin’s Notes in his house.” Now go to Merlin’s house in the Peaceful Meadows biome and search for the glowing orb. Interact with it, and you will get the next objective, “Gather Purified Night Shards for the recipe(0/3).”
How To Get Purified Night Shard In Disney Dreamlight Valley
You can craft a Purified Night Shard using five Night Shards and one Dream Shard. To complete the quest objective, you need three Purified Night Shards, which require:
- 15 Night Shards
- 3 Dream Shards

Assuming you have three Purified Night Shards, you will get the following objective: “Find someone who can turn the Purified Night Shard into powder.” This someone is none other than our shy little robot friend, Wall-E. Talk to Wall-E and convert the Purified Night Shards into powder. Once you do that, you must next find 15 Snowballs.
Just take your upgraded Pickaxe and teleport to the Frosted Heights biome. Find some Ice Crystals and break them to get Snowballs. Once you have 15 Snowballs, you will get the objective to craft Ice Slush. Go to a crafting station and make Ice Slush using the Snowballs; you will find it in the Functional Items crafting tab.
After that, bring Remy the Ice Slush, and he will give you the recipe for Vanilla Ice Cream. Go to your inventory and learn the recipe.
Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
Since the Vanilla Ice Cream is a four-star dish in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need four ingredients to make it. These are:
- 1x Slush Ice
- 1x Milk
- 1x Sugarcane
- 1x Vanilla
Now “Prepare a bowl of Vanilla Ice Cream for Remy.” Once you have it prepared, return to Remy to complete The Unknown Flavour quest.
