Toon Blast - I was asked to do a TOON BLAST SURVEY ..

I was asked to do a TOON BLAST SURVEY for real prizes during one of the “Watch a Commercial” options for more lives; it asks 7 or 8 questions, then says pick your prize, then it gives you a price for shipping or other fee. I didn’t give any personal or banking info, but shouldn’t the game have some safeguards on their commercials? As I felt it was most likely a scam.
